We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore you may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date. We require that you return the products un-used in their original packaging, with all accessories and original labelling attached. Please note that you must contact with us within 14 days from the delivery date and let us know about your intention to exchange or return the products. We do not accept returns of used products.

Exchange/Return Instructions:

1. Please contact with us within 14 days from the delivery date and inform us about your intention to return or exchange the product.
2. Please send us your copy of the delivery note and provide us with the following information on the back: a) whether it is an exchange or a return. If it is an exchange, please specify the product (product/color/size) you wish to exchange to, delivery address and any other information necessary for the exchange. If it is a return, please let us know if you are interested in a gift card or if you want a refund. b) reasons for exchange or return.
3. The product should be returned in the same packaging as you received it. If you have not saved the original packaging, please substitute it with a packaging of the same measurements and qualities.
4. The product must be received at our offices within 30 days from the date you received it.
5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you to use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. Scalpers is not responsible for lost shipments.
6. If you return the product, Scalpers refunds only the cost of the product. Scalpers does not refund the initial shipping cost, unless the return takes place due to a manufacturing fault or quality defect. In this case, the total amount of the invoice will be refunded.
7. The refund takes place within 10 working days from the date of delivery to our offices.
Please note that you cannot return the products in our Scalpers stores.
